Error Messages When Placing An Order
The most common reasons for getting an error message when placing your order are:

  • Entering a credit card other than Visa, Master Card, or Discover
  • You have included spaces and/or dashes in your credit card number (please enter the card number without spaces or dashes)
  • Incorrect or mis-typed card number or expiration date
  • Billing address does not match the address where your Visa/MC statement is sent. (The billing name/address must match exactly - including postal/zip code - for your protection against credit card fraud.)

    Return Policy
    All returns must be received within 30 days of ship date. Merchandise must be in perfect and unworn condition and in its original packaging. Send returns to the address listed on the receipt included with your order. A copy of the receipt must accompany your return item(s). No returns on tights, body liners, costume items or closeout specials. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for each item returned. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Exchanges
    Please include a copy of your receipt with the item you are returning. Indicate on the receipt what item/size/color you would like as an exchange. The difference in cost (if any) and the applicable shipping and handling fees will be charged to the original credit card used to place the order, unless you specify a different credit card number and expiration date.

    Refused Packages
    Packages that are refused by the customer will be processed as a return when received by Dance-Outlet.com. Only the cost of the items, less a 10% restocking fee per item, will be credited to the original charge card used to place the order. The shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Shipping Methods and Cost
    Orders shipped within the continental United States are sent Ground (3-7 business day delivery). Smaller Ground Shipment packages are sent via US Priority Mail, while larger packages will be shipped FedEx Ground. FedEx Express Saver (3 business day delivery) and FedEx Overnight (1 business day delivery) are also available. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Military (FPO/APO) addresses are sent US Priority Mail and are generally delivered 3-5 business days after they are shipped. International shipments (to Canada and US Territories) are sent US Global Priority Mail. FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes.
